HR Researcher

Salary £27,000 to £33,000 depending on experience, plus benefits 

We are expanding our HR research and consulting work and we are looking for an experienced researcher with a relevant degree such as social science or occupational psychology and/or experience of applied HR research or process consultancy skills in an organisational setting.  We need someone who has HR knowledge and expertise, and who has experience of developing strong client relationships. 

You will be contributing to and managing a range of projects on people issues such as staff engagement, employee and management development, pay and reward, performance management, health and wellbeing and OD/change projects.

This job will be based at the Institute’s head office, in Brighton. Brighton and the surrounding areas of Sussex offer a stimulating environment in which to live with close access to the sea, countryside, cultural activities, London (1 hour) and France (2.5 hours).
